My First Review...

Belta Regular

Who needs to spend all day lying in the sun and going abroad when you've got this, right?
Right!

You may have seen this being sold with the August issue of Marie Claire, perfect timing for when you need a glow. The magazine is £3.70, bargain considering the freebie (full-size) is £14.39 (£12.39 in Superdrug right now!). As you can tell, I picked up both shades to really test them. I am fairly fair but not so pale that I struggle finding make-up. Both shades worked without me looking tangoed so I guess it doesn't matter on your skin shade, just the amount of glow and colour you want. Also how fast you want it.
I started off with the light|medium, oh boy did I notice a difference. I hadn't seen much sunlight for a while and suddenly I looked glowing and had colour to skin again! My mum noticed a difference straight away. I am probably making it sound more extreme than it actually was but it was good enough to get me hooked. I used it every time I had a shower and the colour built up... streak free and not orange! Major concern of mine.
Medium|Dark was next. WOW! My tan had doubled. Again streak free and the natural colour of tan, it was as if i had wasted my time sunbathing constantly everyday! I get too bored to do that.
Honestly I love this stuff so much that I am still using it (I don't think i will be able to stop!). I do get a few blobs of MEGA tan where I forgot to rub it in... oops! It happens round my ankles but that's completely my own fault. The smell is something you are probably wondering about. It smells sooo good when your applying it then a good 8 hours later you get a slight whiff of fake tan, the smell doesn't last long. To be honest I don't even notice now. The tan also lasts really well and fades naturally. It's easy to apply and takes about 8 hours for the colour to show (which i'm asleep for).
This product is not for the people that love the look of a mega dark tan, like you have been to Spain for six weeks. However it gives a bronzed goddess glow without too much effort. I will definitely be re-purchasing and it has become a summer essential!

From another Galaxy...

joeHand 2 FONT Trial version

I really like LOVE the galaxy print. I am not on about chocolate here because between me and you... I don't like chocolate! Anywho, galaxy print has been hitting the high street everywhere I look from Primark to Topshop. I have to admit I am slightly addicted to the print, its a healthy addiction... I promise.
Whilst i was away in Cambridge last week i stumbled across galaxy print everywhere and felt inspired. I couldn't wait to get creative on my nails but had to wait until i was home. I forgot to take any nail polish!!!
Now I am back home I had to do it (my french manicure had chipped.. ready for removal). I have fallen in love with this print and wanted to share my creation. Such a tiny canvas but exciting results.
Be sure to try this out and don't be fooled because it is easier than it looks.

Hi ...

The Only Exception

The Only Exception
This brown eyed girl has landed in blogging world.
Where has she been all this time? Deciding on a name. Haha, who knew it would be so hard.
For a long time I had been interested in blogging about things I love, fashion and beauty mainly.  So I thought there is no time like the present.
You are probably all wondering why i chose brown eyed girl (or maybe not). It was my mum who helped with the name, she always used to sing the song 'Brown Eyed Girl' to me when i was just a little baba. I thought its better than any of my suggestions which are too ridiculous to even mention.
I think that's all I have to say for now and I will end on a quote...  xoxo
